When can I start and what are the schedule options?
Start date: Whenever you’re ready! You can choose flexible or fixed scheduling: either 1 class/week (1.5 hours for 12 weeks) or 2 classes/week (1.5 hours for 6 weeks), for a total of 18 hours of live 1-to-1 lessons.
Do I need prior Arabic knowledge?
No — the course is for absolute beginners. Basic knowledge of Latin-letter transliteration is helpful but not required.
What if a lesson or topic is difficult for me?
I don’t rush you through the course. If a lesson is difficult, we repeat and review it until you understand it. If we need additional classes to cover difficult topics, I provide them at no extra cost.
Can I reschedule a class?
Yes — we offer flexible or fixed scheduling. Please inform at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a class.
Are the eBooks and Translator access included?
Yes — 5 Darija eBooks, 5 months Premium access to my Darija Translator, and WhatsApp everyday support are all included in the one-time €250 payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our updated cancellation and refund policies:

Policy Area Policy
General Rule Cancellation Fee: All cancellations are subject to a €35 EUR / $40 USD administrative fee, regardless of when the request is made.
Late Notice
(Crucial for 1-on-1)		 Cancellation within 48 Hours: Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the first class are non-refundable, as this time cannot be filled by another private student.
After First Class After the First Class: Once the first class has been conducted, no refunds will be issued.
Digital Materials Digital Materials: If course materials (e.g., ebooks) have already been sent or accessed, their retail value will be deducted from any eligible refund.
